How soon will my report be shipped? When will my subscription start?
Newsletter subscriptions start the same day, although we will advise you if there will be a delay, and we will tell you the day you should expect your first issue.
The e-mail services would normally be despatched on receipt of your order, and your first issue paper copies are dispatched the same day by Air Mail. Reports and studies are despatched direct from the publisher. We will normally specify the quickest possible service to ensure prompt delivery. Over the years we have made many friends in the fulfilment centres around the world, and will personally ensure that your order gets to the front of the queue as quickly as possible.
Before making a purchase of a subscription product, we can supply a recent sample issue so that you can be totally confident over the content and regular coverage. Some of our Publisher Partners do not offer money-back guarantees so please check at the time of ordering. For subscription products offering money-back guarantees you will receive in full the unexpired portion of your subscription.
If you are unhappy with any report or study you order from CMSinfo we will work with you in conjunction with our Publisher Partners to resolve your dissatisfaction. However, you must make your request to return a hard copy product within three days of its original receipt, and we must receive the returned product within five days of that notification.
We cannot accept normally accept the return of any electronic products, although such a return can be accepted at the sole discretion of our Publisher Partner. Should a product qualify for return, CMSinfo will issue a credit note less any post and packing charges which you can use toward a future purchase.

We recommend that you use your credit card to make purchases. Can I buy back-issues?
We hold current and recent sample issues of the subscription products listed in the 'One-Stop Information Shop'. These are available to you on a free, no-obligation basis to help you decide whether you would like to subscribe to a product.
However, if you want a specific article from a particular issue, then the publisher will make a charge. This will reflect the fact he has had to print additional copies in anticipation of future demand, and then pay for storage space, etc. Sadly, the same rules apply to PDF and electronic versions of journals as well!
The charge varies by publisher, but typical is between $50 and $150 per back-issue. The charge for an Institutional Investor Journal, for instance, is $135.If I want to discuss my needs, who do I contact?

In order to make the site secure we need a file called a 'certificate'. This certificate is issued by a recognised authority, and has a specific expiry date. When the expiry date comes we renew it.
Your browser also has information in its configuration file about certificates, and in time this information gets out of date. If your browser is an older version you may get a message indicating that the certificate on our site is not recognised. You can generally download up to date certificate information, but unless there is good reason not to the best option is probably to upgrade your browser to the latest version. If you do not wish to do so, you can simply accept our certificate when the browser queries it and the transaction will be secure.
