The New generation projects global database Ed 7 2007 is a database of electric power generation projects proposed, under construction or awaiting commissioning, through out the world. It is continuously up-dated and currently records 2,456 generation projects world wide in 121 countries. All generation projects have been identified with as much information as available and more is added on a continuous basis. This database is complementary to the Global Database of Operational Power Generation Plants, a larger database of existing generation projects which are currently operational throughout the world. The New generation projects global database can also be bought as part of the Generating Capacity Statistics Package.
