Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Only one entry per person. Where it is found a person has applied using multiple addresses they will be excluded.

2. Entries are only accepted where full and valid information has been submitted.

3. Entries are only accepted where a valid company e-mail address is submitted. Free e-mail accounts are not acceptable and the definition of a free e-mail address is the decision of CMS alone.

4. Should you win the prize draw you agree that your name may be disclosed to the prize draw update list and anyone who demands it as proof of a legitimate draw taking place. We will not give out your contact details (this excludes your name and company name).

5. The draw will close at the end of the last day of the month. This is based on UK time.

6. The draw will take place within 7 days of the close of the draw excluding Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays.

7. This is a free prize draw, therefore CMS accepts no liability due to your entry. We
accept no responsibility
for the
incorrect submission of entries.

8. CMS retains all rights and our decision is final. We may close the prize draw at any stage and exclude any entry without notice.
