The company's products are marketed through four divisions: Cordis Cardiology for coronary applications, Cordis Endovascular for vascular disease, Biosense Webster for EP in cardiovascular procedures and Cordis Neurovascular which leverages the company's technology into applications for the brain, as follows:-

Cordis Cardiology, based at the Cordis headquarters in Miami Lakes, is the company's largest business and manufactures diagnostic, interventional products and stents. Cordis Cardiology claims to have created the diagnostic market and introduced nylon balloon technology.

Cordis Neurovascular was formed in 1993 in order to leverage technologies used in cardiology and peripheral systems into the brain. The company serves the cardiology, radiology and vascular surgery communities with technologies for treating peripheral vascular disease.

Biosense Webster, based in Diamond Bar, California, USA, is a leader in intracardiac EP and interventional cardiology, having pioneered the development of 3D cardiac mapping and navigation for disease evaluation and therapy.

In addition, Cordis' Biologics Delivery Systems unit develops and markets technology for cardiac navigation and mapping across multiple disease states and clinical specialties. Its initial focus is on providing technology to advance the treatment of cardiovascular and vascular disease such as congestive heart failure, the leading cause of death in the US, and chronic ischaemia.

Currently, Cordis operates US sites in Warren and Raritan, New Jersey, for endovascular products and in Miami Lakes, Florida, for cardiology and neurovascular products.
