The company includes Future Medical Systems, a French company that offers arthroscopic fluid management systems, acquired in 2006. In addition, Mitek markets the VAPR System for soft tissue removal and modification through an agreement with Gyrus. DePuy Mitek has its headquarters in Norwood, Massachusetts, USA.

Codman & Shurtleff (Codman) - headquartered in Raynham, Massachusetts, USA. Provides products for the surgical treatment of central nervous system disorders, including hydrocephalic shunt valve systems. The company also offers surgical instruments and Synergetics USA's bipolar electrosurgical systems.

DePuy Spine - manufactures implants and technologies for the treatment of cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral spinal pathologies. DePuy Spine is headquartered in Raynham, Massachusetts. The company was called DePuy AcroMed until October 2003.

DePuy International - represents the products of DePuy in all markets outside North America. The company is headquartered in Leeds, UK.
