Inc, which was a public company, and Biokeys Inc, which was a privately-held entity. In May 2002, Biokeys
Pharmaceuticals became a fully reporting company and in June 2002 the company's common shares were accepted
for quotation on the NASD Over the Counter Bulletin Board. Effective 13th June 2003, Biokeys changed its name to
ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals. According to the company, it believes this new name better reflects the strength of its
technology platforms.
In July 2004, ADVENTRX relocated to a new facility in the Sorrento Mesa area of San Diego which is able to
accommodate new staff and will allow the company to increase the scope and progress of its clinical and product
development programmes.
