Procyon was originally incorporated as Waverly Mansion Corporation on 27th November 1986 and commenced operations in March 1989. On 13th April 1987, the corporation changed its name to Vetrogen Corporation and this was changed on 16th May 1994 to Procyon Biopharma Inc.
