Daxas (roflumilast) is an oral, once-daily, selective phosphodiesterase IV inhibitor, in Phase III trials for the treatment of asthma and COPD. It may also have potential in several other inflammatory conditions, including atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. The company considers Daxas to have blockbuster potential.
