Prospective users that are willing to pay more for additional features hesitate. Finally, many wireless organizations are wary of Microsoft's intentions with Windows Mobile and are putting more energy into preventing domination than focusing on making customers truly satisfied. This study forecasts significant growth for Smartphones over the next five years, but this ultimately depends upon offering a solution that is truly simple for end-users.
