Another problem is that consumers, as well as the industry, have an unclear definition of what constitutes a Smartphone. Prospective users that are willing to pay more for additional features hesitate. Finally, many wireless organizations are wary of Microsoft's intentions with Windows Mobile and are putting more energy into preventing domination than focusing on making customers truly satisfied.
