KPN delivers more than 70 percent of all DSL connection. The remaining 30% of the DSL broadband connections are delivered by alternative DSL network operators: bbned, Tiscali, Versatel, Wanadoo, Solcon. Of these operators, Tiscali has the most DSL users on its network, followed by bbned. This report analyses developments in the Dutch market for wholesale DSL operators during the first quarter of 2006.
